CO-OPERATING WITH CLIENTS’ QUERIES
HAFIZ RASHID & CO shall, per suggestion and to the extent required by Data Protection Laws, cooperate with Client requests relating to the Processing of Personal Data. HAFIZ RASHID & CO will, in particular, comply with requests relating to Client Data Subject rights, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and audit rights.CLIENT DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS:
HAFIZ RASHID & CO will assist the Client in complying with any assessment, enquiry, notice, or investigation as required by Data Protection Laws and will cooperate as requested by the Client to enable the Client to comply with its obligations with respect to any exercise of rights by a Client Data Subject in respect of Personal Data. In any case, the Client shall refund HAFIZ RASHID & CO in full for all reasonable costs (including internal resources and third-party costs) incurred by HAFIZ RASHID & CO in discharging its commitment to assist Client in complying with this section.AUDIT RIGHT
HAFIZ RASHID & CO will cooperate in the conduct of any Data Protection Audit or inspection that is reasonably necessary to demonstrate HAFIZ RASHID & CO’s compliance with the management obligations set forth in Data Protection Laws and this Policy related to the Service Agreement, provided that this requirement does not obligate HAFIZ RASHID & CO to provide or permit access to information concerning:(i) Internal valuation data from HAFIZ RASHID & CO;
(ii) documentation about HAFIZ RASHID & CO’s other clientele;
(iii) any non-public independent reports from HAFIZ RASHID & CO, or
(iv) any confidential reports prepared by the internal audit function of HAFIZ RASHID & CO
