Established on the 10th of July 2015, Hafiz Rashid & Co a.k.a HRC is a registered firm located in Terengganu Darul Iman. Then HRC decided to spread its wings to another branch in Selangor. The primary motto of Minda Tijarah is to help the SMEs in its local community. With the tagline of “MINDA TIJARAH Rakan Perniagaan Anda“, the Company yearns to help businesses in complying with the Shari’a (The Path of God) & the Company would always welcome you with open arms.

Meet Our Founder
MINDA TIJARAH was founded by MUHAMMAD HAFIZ BIN A RASHID who is also Managing Director of a corporate service and consulting firm known as Hafiz Rashid & Co.
Hafiz Rashid holds a Degree in Accounting (honors) from the International Islamic University. He was awarded recognition as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Trainer, and Certified Corporate Strategic Advisory.
Then he strived forward in his career as an audit assistant in an audit firm. Throughout the years, he mastered the quality of a leader with “Growth Mindset” mentality thus helps the company to reach the next level during this transformative and disruptive time.
